PRIVATE STRETCH (OFF-SITE)

Service Description

This class offers a deep, full-body, dynamic stretch. It's intended for all fitness levels and is the most popular class for athletes of various sports. The added benefit of a solo stretch is that this class will be just for you and your body's needs. You will get a great stretch and a workout all-in-one by attending this class. *$5 travel fee included. **Outdoor training in Spring/Summer ONLY.
