Personal Postural Assessment

Service Description

A Postural Assessment determines if there are any imbalances that could cause or are causing pain and discomfort. By doing this we investigate how your body is moving and functioning, and if there are adjustments that need to be made.

Please give 2hr notice if you need to cancel.

To cancel/reschedule please contact 2 hours prior to your session via email or text. Failure to do so will result in being blocked from booking for 7 days.
